...part of the beauty of the Pixies reunion. Keeping everyone on the edge of their seat, wondering the legitimacy of all these rumors, all the vagueness and evasiveness of Frank's statements. Was that intended? Or did the official word just not get out cuz Frank wasn't sure he wanted to do it?

| i vote ambiguity. there have been rumours for years, and when we finally hear something that could develop into truth, of course they want to wet our appetites! although they probably decided that a tour was going to happen, they would have left announcing it until everything was sorted, with the thought that the time between those two events would just excite people more while they made the arrangements. |
