We also call it Thai BBQ
When I say can, or jug, I mean about 2 quarts probably... sorry, that's just how we measure it...
1 Jug Red BBQ Sauce 1 Can Plum Sauce I Can Hoisin 2-1" Knob of Ginger (Fine Chop) 2 TBL Garlic (Fine Chop) 1 C Honey 1/2 C Soy Sauce 1/2 C Sherry 1/2 C Worcestershir 1 C Brown Sugar 1 C Fancy Chili Sauce
Simmer 45 minuets
This fucking sauce is so good. Great on chicken, great in a stir fry. It's really really good.

LBF - this sounds great! We just started making our own sushi, and I'm thinking this would be perfect for a Thai-style sauce on shrimp or squid. I love Hoisin sauce. mmm!
By any chance, do you have a recipe for Pad Thai that you like? We have a good one, but I'm always looking to make improvements. Plus, there's gotta be a better way to get it really spicy hot than the way my husband does it. He generally puts several japanese hot bird peppers into some peanut oil in a wok, then gets the peanut oil too hot and smoke billows up and out, making us choke and sneeze and cough spastically, while I run around trying to catch a breath and opening all the windows and doors and setting a fan in the kitchen door. There's nothing like -10 degrees and 30 mile/hour winds outside when the house is full of homemade pepper spray. I wonder sometimes if he's trying to kill us.
