I don't know anything officially, but I do recall hearing a while back that the Catholics would be doing some gigs between the Pixies ones (I don't remember where this came from, so it may not be true). At any rate, I'm fairly certain this is a one-off thing and we have no need to fear a Catohlics break-up.

yeah, i heard it somewhere too... not sure where, probably was quoted on here or something... but i certainly seem to recall that the catholics and frank would be doing some shows this year.

Well, Frank himself said he they would do some dates in the spring - but that was last year in the fall (seemingly) before all this Pixies stuff came up.
I am holding out some hope though. Viva the Catholics!

I have no doubt that the catholics will reunite in about ten years if they have split up after the last tour.

We'll post the tour dates on the site, but i can't offer anything for members, re: tickets, etc.. It's really much too complicated. Hopefully it'll work out so you have the dates well enough in advance that it's no problem buying tickets.
As for the Catholics, i'm told they're on hiatus, but will be back!!
