so, my plan to get into the DIY Convention worked like a charm. i submitted one of my old student films, which, unfortunately didn't get picked, BUT, just for participating, i get myself and a guest into the entire weekends events for free (to pay, it would cost $85 to get in, just for the Saturday alone)
so, if any lucky Los Angeles contestant would like to get in with me to see Frank speak on Saturday, email me off list..
