David Lynch movies, for starters. Confusing, dramatic and knowingly ridiculous, they're always open to interpretation (but that's the point).

Russ Meyer movies, I think I can see why the boys would like them. But I just shake my head in sheer confusion. |

Only seen clips of them...but it's no mystery as to why blokes (and Gay women, for that matter) enjoy them. |

I think I must be Guy Pearse's charactor in that, I totally forgot about it. Great movie. |

Fellini's movies, but I still love them. Same for Ingmar Bergman.

I thought "Once Upon a TIme in Mexico" was needlessly confusing. You never knew what any of the character's allegiances were until they shot someone.

Movies with running water usually make me want to go. Especially if I've had a few beers. |

I LOVE Bergman!!! I took a course called Swedish Film when I was up there in Sweden, and I got familiar with Bergman. Many people say he's boring but it's just not true...and usually it's not very difficult to understand either....this guy is probably one of the last artists in the film industry.

Maybe even more than the breasts and the sex, the enduring attraction to Russ Meyer movies is his sense of humor. None of his movies are comedies exactly, but the best of them are loaded with bizarre, funny stuff. Sexploitation movies are everywhere, but he's unique. |

yes, but at such a stupid fucking time! 12.40am.
why is it that all movies shown in England begin so late? it's ridiculous.
i believe this attributes to the known problem of something like 80% of all english people not getting enough sleep, which i believe is almost entirely directly at fault for 80% of all english people being miserable bastards!
cook me some fucking eggs! |
