Okay I'm the King Of Karaoke. I think many of us realize that name comes from Calistan which is on Teenager Of The Year. I love that album and really love that tune! That line always made me laugh. I like making people laugh, so that's my name. Plus I wish I was Frank's best friend. "My best friend / he's the King of Karaoke".
Many of your names are pretty self explanatory but some are mysteries. I mean Crouton Fouton? What the hell? So to my point. Why did you choose your screen name?

My screen name refers to the Velvet Underground song - it goes like this

what can we do? (or something like that)
also, the kills stole this line as a song title..so yeah, that me. So no, its not about wishing gypsys death or anything!

Well...I was thinking of a screen name and I was eating croutons. TheCrouton just wasn't enough so the obvious answer was CroutonFuton

Well, technically I've been using the internet since around 92 or 93 when we got on Prodigy. Then I moved to AOL, then onto a local service...I started getting hardcore into the net/computers around 1995.

Up until three years ago I had trouble accessing the net due to the fact that I only had Colecovision.

Well "God is Theory" was my short answer. You are also right about Goddess based religion. And the Davinci Code is a good strating point on that stuff I would say after having read it.

Well "God is Theory" was my short answer. You are also right about Goddess based religion. And the Davinci Code is a good strating point on that stuff I would say after having read it.
but an even better and more academic starting point would be "Fuck You, Catholicism!" by Randall P. Sweetin, published last year by Houghton Mifflin. Check it out

Yes, my interest is definately peaked. I shall be looking more into that subject after I finish the five books I have stacked up. Most of them are for coloring. I got me a new box of crayons and fire in my belly!

Personally, I liked Sweetin's "Allah In The Family" better though it was not nearly as fact filled and researched as his "Hey, Fat Ass... You call yourself a Deity: The Buddhist Weight Loss Plan"

Mine is from I HEARD RAMONA SING (does anyone not get that?) but I also heart the Ramones and I think it accurately represents my love of Frank Black (as opposed to Black Francis).

I had to think of a name around 97/98 when I got online. My brother suggested Maddox who was a football player at the time. I altered it to Madax but people called me mad max so I dropped the D and added a L, there you have it.
