Just wanted to hear what people think about this CD. Here's my list The Scene,Out Of State,Whiskey in your Shoes, Heloise, Bartholomew,His Kingly Cave. I really don't like Modern Age to much I have that song on The Black Sessions Live in Paris plus the Kitchen tapes. On that disk it has Modern Age and Jumping Beans which I think I read some one say he just played Jumping Beans.

Played Jumpin' Beans at three shows in Toronto. I think that Devil's Workshop is phenomonal. I have put it away for a month or two so it will be fresh for me in the New Year. I am listening to BLD's at the moment. I have had both albums a week before they were released and can't get enough. Hard to imagine that one man can make these many songs and I am not tired of him/them. Jos Strummer may be the only other man/woman that could do this for me.

I had me a vision!

I bid a good-day to you sir!

I prefer this album to BLD. His Kingly Cave contains maybe the greatest chord progression in all rock music. However, I think The Scene is one of the weakest songs 'Mr. T' has ever written.

I like it a lot. The only one I don't play much is Modern Age. My daughter loves Bartholomew, so that is played regularly. And San Antonio, Tx is one of my all-time favourite Frank songs

i like san antonio, barhtolomew and the scene the most, pretty wierd how i can like scene so much yet some people think its his absolute worst song. I dunno, the melody is really catchy and the sustained bass line during the "no connection" part are enough to make me love it.

I like The Scene too. Like them all in fact. But if I had to choose would definetly pick His Kingly Cave as the weakest link on it. I know I'm in the minority also on this. Great album though! Love it love it love it!

Devil's Workshop is awesome. But for some reason I listen to BLD alot more. I don't know why. Probably because it has more songs!

I think DW has better songs to sing along with, but BLD has more mystique and depth to it. I thought for a long time that Frank got divorced because of all the depressing, seemingly personal lyrics on BLD. Then I find out they're all about humans devolving and shit like that. I always sing along to Kingly Cave and San Antonio, TX.

I'm curious... did any of youse notice how the drums sound kinda weak on the new albums? Sorta tinny and, at times, buried in the mix? The end of "1826" is probably the best evidence of this.

I really like Devils Workshop, best songs would have to be His Kingley Cave and San Antonio TX. Modern Age would have to be the weakest song on the cd, the kitchen tapes is the first place i heard it on, which is a better version. At the moment i like BLD more.
