Chris Morris is the funniest man in existance...I love Day Today/Brass Eye and Jam is hilarious sometimes, too. He did an audio Pixies skit(it appeared on an NME cassette tape,I think) where Francis is named 'Jet Black'(The Damned)and a phoney Pixies song called 'Motherhumper' is played;"1,2,3... when I was 23 my mother spilled a cup a tea all over my knee and I turned into a motherhumper!" Graham Linehan(who along with Aurther Matthews co-wrote some of Brass Eye-they did Father Ted)is a big Pixies fan, apparently.
It was in "Select" magazine on a flexidisc. Also on the disc was a telephone wind-up where they rang up Piers Morgan (now editor of the Daily Mirror but then a two-bit "showbiz" journalist)pretending to be Bono.
