"A Treatise on Cosmic Fire" by Todd Rundgren? Seems like a legitimate guess seeing as though the song is 36 minutes long. I think a band called Jerusalem did a 58 minute song called "Sleep". I like "Los Angeles" by Frank Black. |

No, Cheesy, I didn't mean to offense you [hand reaching the phone]. You know I am your friend [what is the fucking number for the police].
Now virtually everyone's singing a Pixies song / But I still believe in the excellent joy of Frank Black |

The essence of rock...that Breakfast At Tiffiny's song. Crash Test Dummies. The Rembrandts. Lisa Loeb. Sarcasm is being imployed here.

The blues, collectively, is that from which rock is distilled

I think if you ever want to alienate your friends or clear a room, blast Run To The Hills. Or wear an Eddy T-shirt. |

I love the little 'Hills' tribute at the end of Metallica's Garage Day's Revisited.

Black Sabbath is the essence of something, more like true HEAVY METAL and smoking a big fat joint or maybe some fudgy hash. This dude in a band called bongzilla had the best t-shirt, it said "Listen to Black Sabbath." Preach on, brother! I love Sabbath
