This song is so beautiful. I can't say it enough...absolutely gorgeous. If God ever wrote a song, this is what it would sound like. I know it's lame of me to say that, but it's true. Whenever you're in horrible shape over a relationship of any kind...just listen to this song. It will calm you down and help you through it. Just another wonderful thing about music...that it can effect you so deeply. I will run after you...

The SSMVGD version is much more simply done, and I think that's what makes it more beautiful. I like the BLD one okay, but it's overdone and too long.

I love this one too, but it's too short...
This is one of the songs of which I always can remember the lyrics, that's why it's almost always the first song I play on my guitar. (Sometimes it's How you went so far)

This song is beautiful, much the reason why I covered it for the tribute (have you heard my version yet?). I agree with all of the above; the SSMVGD version is far superior...much more emotional, much more build-up...much better.

This is great, but I actually wound up liking the BLD version better, after a long time liking the SSMVGD version better. Frank's vocals are - dare I say it? Perfect on the BLD version.

I ADORE this song.
To the extent that when I can's sleep I slap this song into repeat and drift away on happy breeze...
When I met Rich Gilbert those many times I asked if the boys would play it and I'm sorta bummed I'm still waiting to hear it live...
