Sorry for the wait guys. I have the song picked out but I don't know where I can host it. Anyone got any ideas? Sorry again.

Well, can anybody hack into his computer then upload the song and delete a .dll file or two?

"I joined the Cult of Frank / 'Cause those damn search engines didn't do my site justice"

...Oh yeah and put the song on your server.

Ok, once again sorry. It's been an insane week over this way. The song I had picked out was "I Was Born" by the Unicorns.

Only downloaded Tuff Ghost so far. I like the guys voice and the song, but that organ can get annoying by the end. Downloading Les Os now.

Still using dial-up, I suck.

I think they've already been there, Carolyn. They were through Saskatoon already. With Metric (who I'd like to have seen) and Hot Hot Heat headlining.

While waiting for Les Os to download I did a search for I Was Born. Just 'right click' and 'save as'. I found it here http://www.zebox.com/unicorns/# it is probably the same band. Still downloading, remember dial up.

Mike you could have done a better job, I'm mean you are lonely and all. It's my day off and the kids are watching TV while the little lady is out Christmas shopping for....FOR ME! so I had nothing else better to do than find it for you.

I like Les Os better.

I liked "Tuff Ghost" better than "I Was Born". Maybe I'm just not in the right mood. It's not that I don't like them at all, they just seem a little grating right now. I will listen again later and hopefully have a better feel for it.

This song could be really good, and obviously to some people it is. What I think is that they overworked it. By that I mean it sounds like a song to which they added too much. Somehow it seems that they could have completed it in a more simple way. What they thought was a good finishing or additional touch just strikes me as overdoing it. Maybe they're really fascinated with extra sounds (which is a good thing if they do not detract from the song - as I feel they do here), or maybe I value my opinion a little too much. I think I've heard some of their other stuff on the radio and liked it better, but I'm not crazy about the band name.

Nothing is ever something.

I'm far from a Unicorns fan, but imagine how many people said the same thing about the PIXIES.

Just sayin'

I know what you mean, but this name just makes me cringe. I mean, I realize a lot of people are into unicorns, but I think it's a stupid band name. I've never thought Pixies was a great name either.

I was pretty much tossing in that comment to finish my thoughts about the song. Why couldn't they have a normal name like Hypnotic Clambake?

Imagine the scene...

Fred Durst: OK guys, I have it. Our band should be called... Limp Bizkit!

Kind of dodgy, this whole quirky-indie-band deal.
Also veering on the radio rental chicken oriental side.

This music makes me want to play my NES. Actually I guess that is cool. I do not feel critical right now - got divorce on my mind.
