hey guys, thanks for the kind words.
yeah, i've decided to take a little break.
i really love the group here; i think there are a lot of cool, smart people here, and i enjoy the discussions .. but i waste way too much time here (something i've criticized myself for long before this), when i could be doing more constructive things (like finding Italian movie posters and pictures of Salma Hayek).
a few things though:
as has been mentioned, the negativity has really gone up here lately. believe it or not, i do have better things to do than get into silly arguments with assholes. i love the forum, but it is undeniably less enjoyable when there are sociopathic, compulsive-asshole freaks trying to insult you.. what's the point?
also, getting "kicked off" for standing up for yourself doesn't sit well with me either.. but that's a different story..
anyway, not a ploy to get attention, just where i'm coming from at the moment. just wanted to say thanks to people who put in a good word for me (especially snoop_haiku)..

It's not like you need to spend hours here. Visit the "active topics" page two or three times a day and you're outta here, free to surf for Selma pics as your needs dictate.
