Probably this one will have to go a little longer since the weekend population is generally not that huge.

Oops.

I've been out of town since Tuesday. Thanksgiving.

--

This track may not appeal to any of you. At all.

It's by a group with what is probably the worst band name in history, the "Sex Clark Five"

From Alabama. Very, very Beatles-esqe.

Anyway, it's called "Because Of You"

Sorry, don't like it. I think you're onto something:

I tried, but its a little too 80's indie-pop for me. Not that thats necessarily a bad thing, but I can't be doing with that.

That was like sandpaper with bubblegum stuck to it being rubbed up and down my achilles' heel. I can't say that I liked it exactly, but it sure was different.

Very pleasant, very 80s, kinda like the Smiths meets the the La's, or something. I find the middle section is a bit awkward, but other than it's fine. It doesn't do much for me, and it doesn't seem to be particularly catchy, though I don't know if I'd like it more or less if it were really catchy.

Wow... where to start... The song is short, so coming right out and singing a chorus like thing was fine. Then for 30sec they worked up to something good at about the 45sec mark. At that point is where the meat of the song should have begun, but no.o.o.o. 40 seconds later they started fading out! I am not a real big fan of fading out in the first place. People, the song is like 1:25 then it starts fading out! I was wandering when it was going to come in? Just wow

It reminds me of some songs I really don't like, but somehow it has a certain appeal. I think I like the guitar on this one, but this group needs to replace their singer...hopefully with someone that has an idea for a new band name too.

Nothing is ever something.

I own only two of their albums.

They very seldom push a song past the two-minute mark, which I think is just fantastic.

From your responses I guess I really am the only person on the planet that thought that this group could've been huge.

If anyone is interested, there are a couple of fan-sites out there.

Someone took the time to make a little flash video for their song "The Men Who Don't Know Ice"

Nice. I like it in a nostalgic late-80s way. It's got that jangly early REM/Plimsouls kind of guitar.

This one didn't do anything for me, not that is particularly bad or anything just seems to be missing something.
