That song by the Carpenters, "Why Do Birds Suddenly Appear" just came on...it is wonderful! I am pretty buzzed right now, and saddened by the realization that Juliette has had sex with Steve, but during that few minutes it was like all my troubles vanished and I was awash in a wave of anorexic bliss.

The Carpenters are great. I admit, I like them. Rainy Days and Mondays is such a depressingly beautiful song. Superstar is great too. SY's cover is great as well.

I like them as well...I used to have a couple of their albums but I'm not sure where they went...got buried under all my other albums I'm sure...anyway... Karen has a nice soothing voice, making their music enjoyable...though some of their songs can be a little too much for me but for the most part they were good!
