Any fans? Just got introduced to them and now i have "i don't mind" and "everybody's happy nowadays" on my mind constantly. con-stan-tly. awesome stuff. For some redicolous reason they remind of the misfits... i know i know.
maybe it's the energy and the 50's chord progressions.

I was a major buzzcocks fan in college. "A Different Kind of Tension" is my favorite "depressing" album of all time. Great pop songs about being miserable!!! I was in a band that covered "Everybody's Happy Nowadays" which is an wonderfully fun song to play, in the same vein of fun-ness that Devo's "Uncontrollable Urge" is fun to play.

Who needs tabs for the Buzzcocks?? Super-easy stuff!!

I play about 20 of their songs, they were definitely one of the greatest bands.. I'm not liking much of the recent stuff tho.

i was introduced to them through Frank Black, indirectly.

Frank guest DJ'd on a radio show here, in support of his first, self-titled album (aka. The Unambiguously Yellow Yellowey-yellow Album)..

he played, "I Believe".. great song.

i listened to them for a while, but kind of maxed out. i actually think one of their best songs is the one the drummer sings.. but i can't think of the name of it right now.

if you're curious, Frank also played some Bowie, Reverend Horton Heat, Clash... and i can't remember who else.

Have you heard Shelleydevoto? Aargh, New Wave!
They're on Cooking Vinyl, though, which is a good start.

Sometimes simple is best.

Yep, got the Shelledevoto album. It's patchy and a bit odd but some of the tracks are excellent.

The new Buzzcocks album is very good, if not a little formulaic.

I do!
There about five tabs I could find on the internet.
Found it hard to figure the tabs out, because of the two guitars.
Dave, could you please send them to me?

Thanks a lot!
