Have you visited paypal.com? I just went there and visited a few pages. Looks like it might work for you without too much hassle, commitment, or overhead. Here's a small paste from one page. Don't have any such account myself, and I have no affiliation with these folks, but I have purchased numerous times from vendors via paypal, with no trouble.
