When a councillor acts in this way, the only legal thing that we can do, is to call him "tránsfuga", a shameful word, that means " shameless political runaway", and trying to spread this real information in our country, and in other ones.
He is the real "el malo"
In Spain all the parties has suscribed a political pact called "pacto antitransfuguismo" trying to avoid this shameful political practice.
