i finally got this yesterday, never even heard the whole thing until then, imagine that? oh well its awesome as expected, especially back in the U.S.S.R. and Helter Skelter, i was surprised by the "rockiness" of these songs for the beatles.

I like this tread... gonna try and keep it alive.
This one is excellent. Buy it if you see it in the fifty cent record bin.
and the Wooden Stars, Mardi Gras.

Sniff. I have no scanner. Been listening to Wanda Jackson and Slim Whitman today. He can just yodel the shit out of it. Also White Stripes Red Blood Cells. (And a Raffi CD, but that was involuntary. The kid has an ear infection and I should humor her.) |

One night before bed my 4 year old couldn't seem to tell us what music she'd like to listen to, you know how they get all frustrated. So we were like "Is it the Sugarbeats??, The Wiggles??" etc etc and she finally, in a fit of tears, yelled out "NO, FRANK BLACK!!" It was just the funniest thing I ever witnessed. A crying 4 year old screaming for Frank. Now THAT'S a fan!
We love you Frank! Zan

allmusic.com is a good source for smaller pictures.. someone here mentioned that site, and now I'm hooked. |
