can someone explain the advantages of getting something dry cleaned, as opposed to cleaning it yourself.
it's nice to have your shirts cleaned and ironed for you. but is 3 dollars a shirt really worth it? i can do a whole load of laundry for under 3 dollars.
whenever i have a bad stain on a shirt they never seem to get it out anyway.. i always have to spot clean myself.
enlighten me. |

Oh for crying out loud!!?!? When will the madness end?!!??
floop - he has the, how you say? SPACE-MADNESSSSSS!!!!
;P
Oh, and I stay away from the cleaners - bad for the environment, unless you are lucky enough to be near a "green" cleaners, in which case, the process they use is supposed to be much more effective at cleaning, anyway. I do my own laundry, and use the, (as my husband as a small child used to call dryer sheets) "works-in-the-dryer" dry-cleaning sheets. Save your money.
I wonder what floop's next topic will be? Probably won't have to wait long.... ;)
