A couple of possible suggestions for changes to the standing tab here on the site:
It seems like the "C" chord in the verses is like a little different, like a:

-2--
-3--
----

In the chorus it seems like he's not playing the actual chords to go with the bass notes, but kinda stepping down on the C chord shape, like from a C to:
---- or ----
-1-- -1--
---- ----
---- -2--
-2-- -2--
---- ----

And this part:
F D Gm G
I don't know how I can make you understand
I thought it sounds like it might be:
F D G G7

**Sorry, I don't know the tabs language so it may be upside-down. Top line is meant to be the small E then (obviously) down to B,G,D,A, big E on bottom.
