I rarely wear speedos Jessie, but when I do, I assure, everyone loves it. Especially my top two harem girls, who are suddenly now opposed to the idea of being in my harem. But that's alright, I live to give, so mere will receive many chocotastic treats, and Carolyn will receive a large hug. Jessie, you will receive a cold, deathly stare. Enjoy!

Perhaps the very word "harem" is the problem, as it's not the most egalitarian term out there. Harem's by definition cannot contain men, so perhaps we need a new term all together.

Methinks is the (milk's) saturated and/or hydrogenated oils.. I've been really careful to cut them out lately (TFA's that is) and although i have very few pimples to start with, it's been even more noticeable..
Quality fats..it's all about the quality fats. I'm only using cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and non-hydrogenated / non-GMO Earth Balance margerine now..and not cooking anything over 350 C (the magic temp that fats go TFA..) |

Dave, how is that margerine? My husband's got high cholesterol (the bad kind) and he uses Smart Balance (albeit less often than he should), but non-GMO Organic is always the way to go, if they successfully married it with good taste....
350 C? Poor wee American in a Metric/Celsius world...I never could remember my conversion tables. argh!

If he meant 350 F, that would be like 176 C

Dunno what Smart Balance is like.. Earth Balance isn't Organic, fyi, just no GMO.
I think it's tasty, but other than that, i haven't eaten margerine in years. Others love it tho, whatever that's worth. |
