a http://www.4ad.com the main picture is a picture of THE PIXIES
you might not see it, it changes everytime
but still its supposed to show ACTIVE bands
but on the site they deny any knowledge of the reunion.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Well for one, 4AD are actively RELEASING Pixies music (the fact that the band is no longer together is irrelevant, 4AD are still the label which Pixies music is currently released on, it isn't out of print), so that about wraps it up.
Secondly, even if they weren't you'd be looking far too into it anyway, like a crazy conspiracy nut. The Pixies were 4AD's biggest band ever, so it would make sense that they'd be on there anyway.

| there's also pictures of Ivo Watts Russell (left the company about four years ago), Mark Kozelek (Red House Painters) (left the company as an artist about 8 years ago, Lush (who stopped existing as a band almost eight years ago)... I could name a few more, but really, that picture just has random bands from past, present and future... there's only about 13 images at the moment though... |
