| I agree JQOF is a great song, especially the first bit going into the ripping guitar riff.... classic, but It wold have been cool if there could have been another fast verse before Frank slows it down with 'Jaaaiiin she's the queen of love.' Obviously who am I to comment when I have absolutely no music knowledge, but I have the same feeling for Pure Denizen... it would have been cool if the guitar riff continued and there was another verse before the song changes direction..... does anyone agree / disagree???? |

i know what you mean.. sometimes i do that with bands and sort of wish i could have produced certain tracks, even though i have no music knowledge either.. like, i wish True Blue was longer.. he could easily have thrown in another verse there... but it's also great the way it is..

| I'm glad there is someone who agrees with me, I was kind of expecting a backlash.... I agree with you about True Blue, and maybe also Jet Black River, such a good song but a little too short if you ask me. But then again alot of Franks songs are short, and always have been.... |

| I agree with you Stuart on Jane. I'm actually....not the biggest Jane fan, oddly enough. I think it starts off amazing with that riffing part. But the chorus of "jaaaaa-eeee-aaane" sort of throws me off. It might be because this was the first song off the new albums I heard, and it had been really hyped by his fans, so I was expecting a bit too much. |
