Dave, you are not alone.
I think the show is pretty cool. It's got a David Lynch/Twin Peaks vibe to it, which is awesome. I missed the 2nd episode, but will find a repeat sometime this week.
HBO has had some great programs on lately (Real Time, Six Feet Under, etc.).

Well, any show that starts with the midget from Twin Peaks who talks backwards gets my attention..hehe..
There isn't nearly enough of that mysterious undertone in Carnivale, but it touches on it..
Weird moment when the priest was watching his sister out of the shower, eh? |
