Thanks, guys! Y'all are the best. In honor of my move from the late-early thirties to early-mid thirties, I plan to spend the day in pajamas while my family feeds me chocolates and fans me with peacock feathers. |

Yikes. I don't know if mid thirties is middle aged.
Actually, scratch that - I know it's not. |

Oww! EARLY mid-thirties! I still get carded for beer!
Heh-heh. Thanks anyway, glacial906. I do love the Dead Milkmen. (And at least I'm not as old as them yet!) |

I get jokes made about my age all the time, and I'm twenty-four. As I get older, my scope of what is "old" broadens more and more. When I was 12, 24 was totally grown up. Now that I'm twenty-four, anything from now till mid-thirties still seems pretty young. So, just jokin', mereubu.
Actually, people say without my goatee and glasses I look about 18 -- but I have an early-grey hair hereditary gene I inherited from my dad, so I probably have about six years of real color left. THAT SUCKS!!! I'll be dyeing till I'm about 40 or so. I already am getting some speckles of grey.

Heh-heh. Thanks Jim, but I gotta tell ya, I think my sad history with threesomes has shown that I would not be a good candidate for polyandry. And I'm a sheet-stealer to boot. (A middle-aged sheet stealer, no less!) : P
I feel your greying pain, glacial906. After a single semester of teaching undergraduates this spring, I have sprouted one hair that is pure white and absolutely dye-resistant. Damned kids. I'd pluck the damned thing, but I am told that for every grey hair you pluck, ten will grow in its place. I'm not gonna mess with that kind of superstition. |
