I would like to get some info - any kind of info - about 2 songs Frank used to play in concert a couple of years ago : "The Trial Is On" & "Everyone Is Wrong". Are they covers or original songs ? Where could I find them ? Apparently they are available only in MP3 format and in live version. I found them 2 or 3 times on Kazaa but didn't manage to download them.

"the trial is on" was the incorrect title that "the swimmer" went by before DITS was released. it's a corruption of the proper lyric "and the tritons are".

"everyone is wrong" is an original, the common version (if not the only version) was recorded live in-the-studio for the BBC - in maybe 1996?

more info anyone?

Everyone Is Wrong was written by Lyle Workman.

Thanks to all for the info.

Alleluiah, I have just managed to download Everything Is Wrong on Kaaza. I don't know if it sounds like a Lyle Workman song but I'm sure it doesn't sound like a Frank Black song...
According to the info I found on the Net, the song indeed was recorded live for the BBC on 2/17/96. 3 other songs were recorded at the same session : Man of Steel and early versions of Skeleton Man and I Need Peace.
