Alrighty, coming off my third night in a row watching this awesome piece of cinema/music and I feel absolutely idiotic for not ever having seen it before I was 31.
What the fuck? I was alive when this took place. I feel very honored that i was existing on the planet the night that this went down.
This is the best thing I have seen in a while. I love music, I love bands. Always and forever it will be inside of me like my soul. I can't get rid of it or I would simply cease to live.
Wo else has seen it and would like to discuss it? |

Tremendous film. One of the all-time best. I have yet to see the new and remastered DVD, but have owned it on VHS for years. A few weeks before it hit the shelves (DVD) it was shown around the country at a handful of theatres with the improved picture and sound. The closest it came to me was 5 hours away, but they were screening it at the Fox Theatre, an old historic venue that holds 4,500 people. I couldn't make the trip, though.
I'm WAY into Dylan and The Band, so I could talk about this for hours but won't bore you all with the details.
