i, too, am a huge fan of vinyl. however, it's kind of a pain in the ass to make and also a pain in the ass to sell. and while we do still sometimes make LPs, it's a rare occasion and we often end up with way too much of it just sittin' around. it doesn't benefit the label or the artist, and it's money (in my opinion) better spent promoting a band which then makes the band more money which then enables the band to make more music.
that said, if anybody feels like heading over to www.spinartrecords.com and buying some of our old vinyl, please feel free - we're moving the office soon and i'd love not to have to drag that stuff with us
