Just wondering if anyone else is into Porcupine Tree. I picked up one of their albums (In Absentia) blindly not really knowing what they sounded like. They remind me of Pink Floyd in ways. IMHO, extremely good stuff.

Heard Porcupine Tree at a club once, and looked for their album. Haven't been able to find it.

I picked up In Absentia first. Since then I have gotten Signify, On the Sunday of Life and I can't find anymore so I had to order Lightbulb Sun from a record shop. But their highest rated album (according to allmusic.com) Stupid Dream is out of print. And it is selling high on Ebay. Approx $30.

They are currently one of my favorite groups. Of course, behind FB.

Hey, paintmeister.

I downloaded a whole SHITLOAD of Porcupine Tree from KaZaa the other day. They are pretty good. I especially like the song "Piano Lessons." I was surprised they had so much on KaZaa; I didn't even know they had so much music out.

Welcome to the club.

I actually heard one of their songs on the radio last week on the local hard rock station. Not that that really means anything. Just surprised.
