Indeed, he was sent a copy via Ken Goes his manager, it's just a question of when he'll get it as he's on tour. I guess probably when he gets back home, whereever that may be these days.
I burned the CDs (several others were sent to various locations) at home and wrote the letters at work, at which point I realized that I should have made a CD with b-sides as well, so though it was too late, I did mention them and offered to send a copy if he'd also like to hear that as well as gave the information for the FTP. If he's interested, I indicated that I have no problem burning and couriering a disc to him as well at my expense.
