i have been trying (in vain) to locate the name/contact info for frank black's managment company. i'm really interested in using some segments of one of his songs on a cd i'm putting out, but i can't figure out how to contact him about copyright info. all i can come up with so far is a contact for spinart...but i'm afraid that they'll take forever and then direct me somewhere else. any ideas?
