anyone else eagerly awaiting the new Grandaddy? i know there are some naysayers here.. but i know there are also some fans.
personally, i can't wait. i've been looking forward to this for a whiiiile.. |

Check out neumu.net for a preview of the new album. I haven't heard it yet, but it's supposed to working today. If I wasn't at work, that's what I'd be doing. |

Grandaddy Rules! They have a new album coming out? I love the entire last album, especially the sad song about the neglected robot getting drunk and killing himself. Anyone here also like the band that could be Grandaddy's cousin: Sparklehorse? If not you really are missing out. |

GRANDADDY FREAKIN'RULES!!!!!!
I saw them once live and what my struck the most is that they started one song (''something something'' at the minor view) and Jason stopped and said let's not begin this without this, and then he drank some beer and started the song again.
Grandaddy sometimes sounds like they use a lot of samples and computer programmed stuff but they can do it live! the aborted and restarted song was a perfect example for that.
