you should know that you archived the sticky in the ftp section, they should probably be excluded from the archive if possible

It's the ftp sticky that got archived, not my babies. Now that summer's here, though, I'll be taking a look at the FAQ and tinkering with it. (Lately I've just been answering questions on an individual basis.) Hell, I'd add Dallas' speculations about "a day in the life" if I didn't fear some sort of litigation. ;-)
I still can't make search work. Maybe I'm not being patient enough.
EDIT: Nope, wasn't being patient enough. Yay, it works again! |

Okay, the FTP stickies are farked, i've tried moving them a bunch of times..unlocking them, and it seems to be impossible.
I guess i'm going to have to look deeper into the archiving dept, i don't know if i like that the topics are locked away like that..hmmm.. |

well you can view all archived posts by clicking that button on the right i realized. so they are pretty easy to get to still. its just the stickies would be useful up front, but whatever, maybe we just have to arbitrarily update them every once in a while
