Ive just recently discovered the genius that is frank black/the pixies in the last year or so but man am i hooked. Sufer Rosa is very close to being my all time favourite album.
Anyway was just wondering if this is the main pixies fourum on the web?

i'm new myself, i got my first pixies albums for christmas and my first fb&tc album last month. . .started coming here a few weeks ago to get the feel of the place and registered a few days ago. :) it's fun here. . .
I had a friend who used to listen to the pixies last year. One day, while hangin' out, I was like, "who is this"? I borrowed the cd (Death to the Pixies) and haven't been able to listen to anything else since. Trompe le monde is my favorite. Surfer Rosa's real fuckin' good too. I'm just so blown away.
In my humble opinion there is no better album on this planet than Surfer Rosa. I listen to it at least once a week. I have gone through at least seven copies by now. My latest copy of Surfer Rosa is extra special, I think I will retire it for a new copy. Wouldn't want to spill beer on it and mess up Franks' autograph!
