I went on one of my usual raritie sprees at my local record store today. I enquired what they had and the guy said they had a promotional video which featured a Frank video plus 2 others (one being Gloria Estafan). For £3 I thought why not. I get it home and put it in and its the I Dont Wanna Hurt You video. Now I don't wanna sound like a prick or anythin but man that video is shit. Its all black and white and kinda reminded me a bit of Eraserhead, but what really gets me is when it cuts to Frank singing with his guitar he looks so ....camp I guess its really odd. Has anyone else seen the video? If so do you reckon the singing is a bit of a joke?
I also picked up a 2 track FB&C promo (with the all my ghosts artwork)
I thought I had seen all of Frank's promo videos, but was unaware this one even existed. Was this only distributed in the UK and Europe? Do you have anyway of making a high-quality Hi-Fi VHS copy of this in the NTSC format? If so, I'd very much like to trade you something for it, even if he does look "campy".
p.s. Anyone else seen this before or know anything about it?

Cool I have a rare vid. The video is shot entirely in black and white and shows Frank in a small room (like eraserhead) looking lonely and stuff, he feeds pigeons and just generally looks alone. Then every now and then it cuts to him playing a guitar. Its pretty crappy.
I unfortunately have no means of converting the video sorry. I may however be able to make a direct copy of it onto a pal video and then if you have the means u could do it.
