My tickets came in the mail today. The front of the envelope was damaged and all I could read was Kelly and PO Box and Hohenwald. I don't know HOW they found their way to me but I am VERY thankful that they arrived safely. Whew!
The show will be at Mercy Lounge. This is actually in the same venue (but a different hall) that he played at for the AMA Showcase last September.
I wonder if I'll get to see any of the other characters (Tiven, Buddy Miller, OldManinaCoffeeCan maybe...hmmm...who else??)

Hey, in the picture of Misterwoe, that guy in the black shirt behind him is me. I enjoyed meeting him as well as another forum member (whose name escapes me. help me out here!) My name is Tony Youngblood, and I've been visiting the site on and off ever since the first compliation -- just never really had a reason to post. I've seen Frank Black 6 times now in various manifestations, and I have to put this show right up there with the Catholics Nashville show a few years back and the San Diego Catholics show a bit before that (when the opening act, David Lovering came up and played drums on some Pixies songs -- a sign of what was to come!)
I also saw the solo show of Frank in St. Louis a couple of months ago, and I have to say, I found that particular show disappointing. He didn't real seem into it.
This Mercy Lounge show, on the other hand, was grade A spectacular!

Hey Girl, yeah, thanks to you I've got pictures.
I'll work on getting copies of Billy's video. You know, the lighting sucked for video and I didn't have the ability to
move around. I wanted to get up and crawl around the stage with the camera but I knew I couldn't do that. And I was
limited by the length of the camera's power cord. Who the fuck knows how it's going to turn out. I hope its decent.
So, thanks for taking pictures with my camera.
Post up alot more of yours when you get a chance and we need to upload them to the photo gallery here at fb.net.
I'll probably do that this weekend when I have some time.
