My dad always uses Bars Mars.
I often use the expression 'shit the bed'. Perhaps I should now say 'bit the shed'. Hmm, I think I will.

There were two kids in my class at school, one named Theunis and the other Pietie. They were fooling around one day and the teacher roared at Peunis and Thietie to be quiet. It took half an hour to get us 14 year olds quiet because the teacher had screamed at Penis and Titty.
