Someone asked this in another thread in regards to the argument of the Pixies playing with the Strokes or White Stripes. Seems a lot of people don't want this too happen. Myself, I can't stand the Strokes or White Stripes, but that's me and I am entitled to my opinion. So I don't want ti tto happen. They didn't do stuff like this then, so why now?

Anyways, what other bands do FB fans listen to? Other than the Pixies or Breeders?

Myself:

Archers of Loaf
Crooked FIngers
Rocket from the Crypt
Alkaline Trio
The Beatles
The Flaming Lips
They Might Be Giants
The Sultans
Radiohead
Grandaddy
The Misfits
Mr. Scruff
Nightmares on Wax

"They?" inquired Metzger, twinkling also.
"Us?" asked Oedipa.

And is it possible to find miracle legion albums? Polaris/Miracle Legion are awesome dudes but their albums have been out of print for a while.

I think the key to enlightenment is the fact that it says "other than the Pixies or Breeders" at the start of the thread.
