Ryan seems like a strong pick even though he was keen to confess that his father often told him, "Son, you're either part of the problem or part of the solution". I'm glad I didn't have a father that liked to talk weird shit at me.

Romney often waves while looking the other way. That's bad conscience.

Who gives a fuck about Barack the child killer Obama. Two states in the US just legalisaed marijuana. Oregon still undecided

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/nov/07/marijuana-legalisation-colorado-washington-yes

No doubt the nazis will still clamp down on it, but if any of the recent court cases surrounding medical marijuana is concerned with any luck they will be also thrown out.

I know this is really not an important issue in light of the economy and our duty to continue warring in the middle east and bombing civilians in Pakistan with drones and all that, but this guy talks a lot of sense. Both Romney and Obama are standing in the way of change that is needed for the good of everyone on the planet, and the planet herself. May that be on your conscience if you decide to vote for either of those scumbags.

Insults for insults.

I'm putting up a decent argument here, and I'm entitled to be pissed about being marginalised and branded a criminal for my choice of lifestyle, on top of being deprived of my choice of lifestyle and forced to support illegal wars that amount to genocide through taxation.

Fuck you was in response to being effectively told to shut up, which is a greater insult. Tell me to 'shut my pie hole' and a 'fuck you' is precisely what you will get. If you read what I have said carefully without focusing on negativity you will see I have also made the effort to retain a peaceful debate.

Who says I'm not still leaving. Do you want me to leave? I don't hang about places when there is so much animosity, but I was sitting here drunk again and wondering what was going down, so I thought I might as well take a look. I'm not here for an argument.

I think some people on here are being a bit childish. I'm more guilty than anyone for that but I respect people's opinions as long as they respect mine. If you have a problem with something I have said then square up to me like a man and say it, don't go cliqueing up on me and asking me not to post in certain threads and shit. If you think my anger towards the US for it's warmongering over the past few years is a barrier to further discussion then why don't you go to Iraq and talk to some refugees and see what they have to say.

Anyway here's Roseanne's presidential speech, in which she talks about cannabis prohibition and the prison industrial complex. She's totally nuts, which is why she smokes cannabis. it helps her deal with life, she admitted that on live televsion this year. She is also not doing this for a publicity stunt, even though she knows she hasn't got a hope in hell of taking the whitehouse

Fuck cannabis discrimination.

I don't think there is much point in me hanging around here anymore, I don't like the attitude of some people these days. Fair point I suppose.

As fas as I can see cannabis normalisation is very much an issue in the upcoming presidential election. The thing is it never is during elections, it's considered a done deal, not something that enters the equation during elections. People who take drugs are criminals. but the fact remains that people have taken drugs for as long as history goes back. So what's wrong with it? nothing so long as you are not harming yourself or others.

Another fair point. But why do people who take drugs end up harming others to fuel their needs? I don't think I need to explain that point any further, just take a look back in the history books to when America criminalised alcohol, and look what happened.

From a purist scientific point of view, I challenge any one of you to define to me what the difference is between eating food and taking drugs is.

I just like to rip some bong, then rip some curls and then go walking in the hills and then come back later and cook some nice food, then rip a few more bongs and fall asleep. I am denied that by the law

Whether you like it or not this is a major issue in this election and it could cost Obama his second seat. The other choice is Roger Ramjet, because let's face it Roseanne or Cusack ain't gonna be president, whether or not they win, because the powers at be wont allow it.

The movement is gaining a lot ground in America I am reading, and i read recently that three states are heading to the polls now not on medical marijuana legalisation but recreational. Colorado and Washington are two that I can remember.

What is wrong with that? Being healthy means being happy and vice versa.

I went round to the local 24 hour garage tonight to buy some more tobacco, because I have ended up addicted to it again because I jsut can't get high on the shit round here! While I was waiting in the queue there were 5 people. the four at the front were buying late night munchies and cigarattes and taking too long, and king size rizra. there was a black guy standing in front of me and he asked the people in front of him if they had any weed they could sell him, but they didn't have any or didn't want to risk being arrested and going to prison for helping him out.

I had a short conversation with him while he was waiting for whatever he wanted to buy, and I said to him- Barack Obama, what a disappointment? And he agreed with me, and he was complaining that he just wanted to smoke a joint of some nice weed. I was in the same boat.

Obama has let down the Black people of America, and he has let down the cannabis community who are = in the majority. Obama smoked it. And so have most of the presidents of the USA, especially Washington! So what's the problem here and why wont anybody talk about it?

I'm sorry to everyone if I offended you with my prose, but I don't take anything back.

As the lessers of two evils I would prefer that Obama got in. But I still don't like him one bit. I just think that Romney would be a worse choice for America and the cannabis movement at this time. I think, and I hope that that Obama gets in and that his administration can be persuaded to stop their war on medical marijuana and let people and society evolve into a peaceful state. He said that he would not interfere with state law, and so far he has stuck to that, apart from the laws on cannabis use medicinally

Never before has the cannabis community had such a voice in a US election, and Obama would be foolish to ignore it. It's a lot of people and it could cost him the seat if he doesn't end the bullshit now. I don't personally want to see him in power, I don't like him. I think I've made that abundantly clear. But it's either Obama or Romney, and if Romney gets in there is no chance of progressing forward with this issue. I for one have had all I can take of this situation and it's time things changed.

I just made this joke on twitter using Gordon Brown but decided to change it to Romney for the benefit of American people who don't know who Gordon Brown is. It doesn't work so well and I can't make any further gags about brownian motion now, but in any case the sentiment I feel applied to all politicians and the sheep who vote for them.

How is attacking a country, killing (and torturing) 100,000s of civilians, creating many more refugees and homeless children and reducing it to a 3rd world catastrophe an act of benevolence? OK I am talking about Iraq here and Afghanistan is a whole different kettle of fish, but it's not right what we are doing there, regardless of whether they might be some honourable reason buried among the rubble of western imperialism. One thing they have in common though is that they are predominantly muslim countries, being attacked by western christian 'democracies' If the primary reason for taking these actions were nothing to do with a world war between christianity and Islam then by god it's not half beginning to look that way now. However you choose to look at it, it's how people are going to see it, especially in the unfortunate countries who have to sustain constant bombardment and fear as the west imposes it's disingenuous ideals on the rest of the world. But it has no more to do with religion than rival football fans fighting has to do with football.
