I love Norm. My favorite Norm joke: Upon the divorce of Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley, Norm explained the split on SNL. "She's more of a stay-at-home type, and he's more of a homosexual pedophile."
His jokes are always like that - completely out of left field, and he's not afraid if they fall completely flat. In fact, he's been fired a few times for it. Balls, I tell you.
Hahah yeah hes amazing, I've seen this multiple times and I still find it funny http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLkdSDAw1gU
While we are trading Norm videos, this one is CLASSIC, and to keep it topical, it's from Late Night with Conan.

As a deal nears for Conan O'Brien's exit from NBC, one thing is certain: The characters and recurring comedy bits O'Brien originated during his 16-plus years on "Late Night" and "The Tonight Show" will not follow the host when he leaves NBC. The Peacock owns the intellectual property behind such popular O'Brien characters as Pimpbot 5000 and Conando, as well as recurring segments such as In the Year 3000 and Desk Driving. Sources involved in the settlement negotiations say NBC is keeping the copyrighted and trademarked elements of O'Brien's shows as part of the deal. That means the bits and characters will likely never be seen after O'Brien's "Tonight" ends its run Jan. 22.
That is the biggest bunch of horse shit I have ever heard. Sean's right, what is NBC going to do with it? The only reason I can think that they would claim IP rights is that they believe it will hamper Conan's ability to compete with the Tonight Show later on.
Good thing Conan is creative enough to come up with new bits in a hurry. I mean, he could easily bring on a masturbating turtle or something, which would still be funny as hell. Relocate Conando to Moscow where he could be Vladicon O'Brienov. He'll figure out something, but this is still a shit move by NBC. |

Leno is a slimeball (but he use to be funny way, way back when he was a guest on Late Night with David Letterman).
But, Conan hasn't been nearly as funny on The Tonight Show as he was on Late Night. He watered it down. So, maybe something good will come out of him losing The Tonight Show.
Agreed, maybe if he goes to Fox he will be allowed to do whatever he wants. |
