Posted - 05/06/2007 : 19:40:33 Has anyone listened to Elliott Smith's New Moon album. It comes out on May 8th but, since I ordered it from Kill Rock Stars they sent it early. I think it is good but, I'm such a sucker for Elliott Smith.

Posted - 09/16/2007 : 08:19:19 just got it yesterday, and i fell asleep to it last night. not that that's a bad thing, it's a beautiful album. it's nice to hear a good recording, a lot of those other unreleased songs are barely audible. elliott is my hero.

Posted - 05/08/2007 : 09:30:50 Jeff Buckley is the fucking king of posthumous prolific career. The guitarist from Monster Magnet had a funny article on his website about his favourite song of his being "Have My Silk Shirts Arrived Yet?" from The Jeff Buckley Answering Machine Tapes Vol 2.

Posted - 05/08/2007 : 03:31:31 I love Elliott Smith and had no idea about this so getting it today - it's early unreleased stuff isn't it? I was genuinely upset when he died. 'From a Basement on the Hill' was a pretty good epitaph but would have been very different if he'd got to finish it himself.
