Posted - 04/29/2006 : 13:30:36 Mine is burning garden rubbish. I spent a couple of hours this afternoon burning hedge remains and thus satisfying my pyromaniac urges. Great fun, though I stink of smoke, have singed hair on my left arm and set my right glove alight. There's definitely something magical about fire. There were some stones at the bottom of the fire and they kept exploding as well.
So what's your favourite household task? Or we could just talk about fires and our innate pyromania.

I would say cooking.
Whilst masturbating.

Posted - 05/03/2006 : 06:45:02 If I had a garden my fave household task would surely be a outdoor thing. But in my apartment, I'd say ironing, cause it's the one task that allows me to watch Stade 2 (sports program) at the same time. Or if I have a new CD, I put it on and can concentrate on it while ironing. (I hate cooking for the same reason (among others): I can't hear the music from the kitchen)

I'm not offended, practically everyone burns their garden rubbish here. The nearest dump is a 30 mile round trip, and I'd have had to make at least 2 journeys to get rid of all the rubbish. I could have fly-tipped it, but them walls have eyes. Neighbour was away too.
Many houses round here have solid fuel fires, so not dissimilar. Have I mentioned how much ifun it was yet:)
Cutting the grass is pretty good too, that's todays job.

I'm sure this violates public health laws.

My favorites are cooking if it's something I really like to eat. I do most of the cooking in my house. And I don't mind doing dishes if it means I can listen to the radio and not be on kid duty.
I also gardening, but doesn't seem like a task. |
