What is the best song ever and why?

Posted - 01/20/2013 : 17:38:02 similarly i agree with one of the first posts in this thread proclaiming "nothing but flowers" as the best song in the world. i definitely feel comfortable giving the title to something by Talking Heads. seems right to me.

Posted - 12/26/2012 : 11:08:58 It goes without saying that this is a tough but intriguing discussion. Top of the tree I would have 'the world is turning on' by the Pooh Sticks. This would be followed by 'Sweet baby James' also performed by the Pooh sticks. My reasoning is that their just infectious, beautiful pop songs which always make me feel better about everything in general. |

Posted - 04/04/2006 : 13:24:35 It's a toss up between Distance Equals Rate Times Time by the Pixies and Night Fever by the Bee-Gees.
reasons why: DERTT = cuz it's such a filler of a song and seems tossed together without much thought
Night Fever = cuz it makes me dance
