Any NYC-area folks attending this show? I'm going to go to the 9 (they're playing at 9 and 11) - they're probably my favorite new band of the last 2 or 3 years. If so, let's meet up for a drink or something.

its an all ages show i'm pretty sure. from their "info" section on the website :
All ages are welcome, including quiet children.
the vanguard is 178 7th Ave South - www.villagevanguard.net
its $35, which is a bit pricey for my tastes, but jazz clubs are always like that. plus they are one of the elusive bands that i've missed for dumb reasons a few times, so i'm paying for it now.

Brian, do you know if the show is 18+? Although it is a school night, Friday is my last day before vacation. My parents might actually allow me to attend! Where is the Village Vanguard?
