I can see my art director dressed and pretending to be a russian sniper, smoking on the balcony outside my office while our office cat, Paris, is being violated by a large white tom cat in the car park.

I'd be safe and warm if I was in L.A

I see a tree, and I can vaguely see some houses on the other side of the street, but the tree is blocking most of the view.

BLT, where do you work in pasadena? I've got a good friend who works there...it's a pretty city and, when the smog ain't so bad, the mountains are purty!

by the way, I was in Los AnGuhless this week and I'm sorry I missed the rain...but it followed me home! the ocean was pretty...

[edit] oh, and I saw Wayne Gretzky in my hotel with a bunch of old nhl'ers...that was kinda neat]

i miss the view of my flat in sevilla, also by the fact that since i live there i saw two UFOs after more than 30 years or more waiting to see one... i have a falcon nesting in the terrace a black and a white blackbirds in a tree quite near... some summer mornings lots of birds fly round the house singing..is quite nice to be half asleep listening that noise

I had a dream a few months ago where I saw a two-bodied, multiple-armed giant that could turn into an elephant or a rhinoceros out the window. That's more interesting than anything I've ever ACTUALLY seen out there.

What a perfect day, I'm glad I spent it with you...

now I see street lights and car head lights because it's dark, can't see much more because it just rained on my glasses when I poked my head out the roof

rain, I see rain

it's wet and windy and bloody miserable, i was going to go wander round the charity shops and second hand bookshops and waste the afternoon in a coffee shop

not entirely enthusiastic about this now

A dreary cold grey English day in suburbia. (Ooh aren't I cheery this morning) My neighbour is outside doing god knows what to his house - the man is diy obsessed. He's out there non stop with hammers, ladders, drills and other testosterone heavy type tools but can I see a difference in what he's done in the past six months?
Bubba my cat (feline version of Howard Hughes) has ventured outside and is attacking imaginary beasts.

than I saw when I looked yesterday.

Today did anyone else in Southern California happen to look out their window to see water falling from the sky? It was a most curious, newsworthy event.

If I said I saw booze and bullfighting out the window, I'd be lying. And lies make Baby Jesus cry.

floop Posted - 02/11/2005 : 11:16:58
do you think you could throw in some booze and bullfighting?

also, does it have to be a tree?

Maybe more like something out of Hemingway. But without as much booze or bullfighting.

there are no windows where i work, as our offices are below ground. more or less directly above me, though, is a 40-story building which towers over the rest of the albany skyline. i can see this building from the rear windows of my new house, almost 10 miles to the east.

dear Rita,
of course i am very happy..its a neverending city...
now its dawning and the sky on the other side of the river is getting pink..reminds me of my first day in Lisbon..I arrived at 5:30 a.m...went wondering round until i got to el miradouro da graça on time to see dawn over the whole city..also a nice place to have a beer and watch the sun setting behind the brigde..

I see another building too!

and a swatch of sky

and it glows right before sunset
and the brick wall becomes alive
the clouds turn pink and golden
like a movie created by an impresionist artist

the sky becomes greenish blue turqouise

wafty white heat billows from the apartament
and tumbling, wafts into the cold molecules of oxygen
and the rest of the atmosphere

and then the sky changes to a smokey amber
the lights come in on the other apartments

and the advertisment creators and devlopers
leave from the floors below

the students and drunkards
come and go throughtout the
evening

and finally it is
and it is still

until the trash truck comes in the morning
