I believe I've heard that about lidar, which makes a jammer appealing, but not about radar.

I used to have one years ago, when I was too young to drive, oddly enough. I got it at a yard sale and was fascinated by what it did. That one went off all the time, the one I just got is pretty accurate compared to that one. But what do you mean re: in traffic? I'm assuming to prevent turkey-shots?

Posted - 01/08/2005 : 01:16:52 My ex had one of those damn things. It went off every 10 seconds or so, we just learned to tune it out. I don't think it matters where on the dash you mount it, but it will only help you if you're in traffic.
