They're playing Broken Face on "Jackass" while pushing people on hospital beds out into traffic. I hope Frank sues. The two minutes I just spent watching it must have dropped my IQ at least 30 points.

We have the reunion tour to thank for this nonsense.

I can't 'cos I have never gazed upon it.

The girl in that picture is beautiful though. I can vouch for that.

I don't like Viva La Bam at all. They're giving a shitload of money to that guy and obviously it makes him look like a spoiled brat.

Jackass the Movie is awesome. For some reason they decided against releasing it in France, it went straight to video. I can't understand this decision, I think it would've been a hit. Anyway, I saw it in DVD and loved it. It's not the grossest things that amuse me the most actually, I think my fave part is when they disguise as panda bears and fool around Tokyo just being silly, while The Vapors' Turning Japanese is played over. No harmful things (almost), no puking involved and yet it's funny as hell.

i enjoy jackass in the most primitive, stupid way. jackass the movie made me laugh so hard i thought i was going to vomit. then it made me really want to vomit. is it the lowest form of entertainment? totally - but it makes me laugh. ditto for the three stooges.

naw, wildboyz is nowhere near as good as viva la bam. its probably funnier than even jackass was.

Dayanara, that is a lovely dress you are wearing. Your
date belongs in the Beautiful Men thread. Nice photo, really, no
crotch bulge either.

kathryn, siding with the boy. you're breakin my heart. i dont care who watches jackass as long as it doesnt persuade them to ride a shopping cart down the side of a mountain into a pile of broken glass. i've seen the results directly, which most of you probably have not.

i'm sure frank just gave the rights to mtv as a whole and not that specific show, but it still hurts. jackass, along with anything to do with paris hilton and the jackson family, invokes some sort of primal rage burried deep inside me.

It's hard when you love each other so much.

Try to think more about how she might feel in a situation, floop, be more sensitive to her unexpressed needs; Dayanara, it would help
if you agreed to let floop do to you that one thing that you're not
comfortable doing -- that might relax him and put him in a better space.

i didn't want to be the one to point that out, but i think you're right..

i accept that she thinks THE PRINCESS BRIDE is a good movie. i wish she could let me be me

i hate chick flicks, but will subject him to endless hours of NYPD Blue reruns.

its not that i'm against licensing out the old tunes for cash, he can do what he wants, but my god. jackass is just...not acceptable.

the sex had better be as good as the bickering, seeing as its our primary reason for tying the knot. i'll report back with details after the honeymoon. no pressure, floop.

floop, it's crucial that you both realize early in your marriage
the importance of maintaining separate identities. It sounds like you
understand that but that Dayanara (how shall I put it so her
feelings aren't hurt?) has different expectations.

all i said was, it's kinda funny sometimes.

i have to sit through her chick flicks, at least she could let me watch Jackass every once in a while

I would never take sides in a marital argument (which this sounds suspiciously like!) but I must agree with floop. I will illustrate at the chalkboard. See?

Pixies royalties = Catholics' recording money

I hope you two have not eloped. You certainly sound like
a married couple. I hope your sex is as intense as your
bickering.

But if you have eloped, I am pissed because I was really
looking forward to wearing those matching bridesmaid
frocks with Tre and Rita.

No, but I think you usually have to buy an ugly dress that you'll never wear again (unless someone asks you to the prom).
Daisy Girl Posted - 01/07/2005 : 22:01:18
ok then were on... Tre and I can throw you a very cool bachleorette party... we will even invite some of the guests on our handsome gents thread.

I used to like watching Jackass I just suck at watching mtv anymore... didn't even know it was still on!!!!

dayanara Posted - 01/07/2005 : 21:30:25
You don't have to buy presents if you have to throw me a big bachelorette party. Corona will almost certainly be involved in that.

The Jackass viewing is tough to get past, though. Most people are pretty dumb in general, but I really don't see the need for a show that actively works at making them dumber. I used to get really upset when teenagers would come into the hospital with horrible injuries after imitating stuff on that show. But now I just laugh meanly when people die lighting themselves on fire or sticking explosives up their asses because they saw Johnny Jackass do it on TV. Survival of the fittest.

I've never been a bridesmaid, it might be fun but not if there is expenditure involved...

Does Corona count as presents?
