Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but I didn't see any threads. Anyway Frank was on XFM tonight playing some of his favourite tracks/chatting. You can get it here (open the player and go the "residency" show - http://www.xfm.co.uk/Article.asp?b=onair&id=418763

That was a pretty cool couple of podcasts. Some nice tunes, just downloaded that fall song reformation. Kick ass.

Wonder waht the Timberlake FB refernce was. Who'd have thought trousersnake into FB. I reckon he's touting for a duet.

I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of the songs were chosen or influenced by XFM. Some of them seem like Frank choices and others seem a bit out of place. To be honest you'd kind of expect that, if someone told me to list 50 different songs which I like (and all from different bands) I think I'd need some help too.

Hey, I'm just article man!

Surprizing choice, The Navajo Know! Not one of my favorites, and yet it has it's appeal, sort of 1920's jazz! I actually have Mudhoney's Suck You Dry on 7".

Some interesting stuff in there. In episode three he says he's going to do a video with Moby. That is, Moby directing a Black Francis video. Or something of the sort.

I'm surprised Carl hasn't run up the flag on this yet! :)

Hahaha, he plays The Breeders, maybe the "fuck them" comments mentioned in another thread are perhaps not as pointed.
