Posted - 09/19/2013 : 06:53:12 Despite my doubts about the recent events related to Pixies I must admit I really enjoy one side of the new EP and I would'nt mind going to one of the concerts in Paris. Do any of you have an extra ticket or know a way to obtain one? That would be sweeet.

The first concert was very eclectic, with an emphasis on softer and poppier songs and a setlist equally taking into all the albums and the new stuff. The second night was much harder, both in the choice of songs (the harder ones from Surfer and Doolittle) and the ferocious rendition.
I went with a friend of mine who does not know the band and does not listen to this type of music. She really enjoyed the first night but not the second.
it's funny, i didn't like bossanova much when i first heard it (and for years after), but it might be my current favorite. great to hear songs like allison and is she weird.
Same here. The songs have aged wonderfully.
