Posted - 02/22/2010 : 10:02:17 I finally watched Club Date. Very entertaining, great sound, good editing and a very nice setlist. But what I really loved was when they "brought it down" during Gigantic.
Paraphrasing, I love when Kim says: "Oh, I can bring it down," and then does. It sounded so great. Is this the first time they actually brought a song down like that and then back up? It felt that way.
Even though it might be a bit showbizzy or cliche for them, I think it would work well on some other songs.

Oh, sorry. I have that DVD, is it any good? I have 3 or 4 Pixies DVDs and I haven't seen any of them.
Oh, you're one of THEM? |
